Sherre Myers
is a freelance writer and an educator. She earned her
Master's degree at California State University, San
Marcos.
Her writing credits include poems published in The
Oyez Review, Tapestries, New Writings
and Perigee. Green Ink Wings, her
first work in fiction, won the 2005 chapbook award from
Elixir Press.
She has received recognition for her writing from Bright
Hill Press (Honorable Mention); the CPU Creative Writing
Conference (Second Place); and Vermont Studio Center
(Writer's Grant).
Myers in currently studying literature at the University
of Nevada, Las Vegas, and working on a creative nonfiction
collection memorializing the life and death of her brother,
Christopher Sellers. |
