ELIXIR PRESS Elixir Press is a nonprofit publishing company,
specializing in high quality literature
Since its inception in 2000, Elixir Press has sponsored an annual
poetry book contest, selecting at least two entries each year for
publication.
On odd-numbered years, Elixir Press sponsors a chapbook competition
open to collections of poetry, fiction, and multi-genre works.
On even-numbered years, Elixir Press sponsors a competition for
full-length fiction.
Dana Curtis is the founder and editor-in-chief of Elixir Press.
Her own book, The Body's Response to the Famine, won Pavement
Saw Press' 1999 Transcontinental Poetry Award.
Elixir Press is a 501 (c) (3) literary organization. Donations
are entirely tax-deductible and gratefully accepted.
